PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biliary duct stent capable of sufficiently exerting a valve function while making the overall length of the biliary duct stent shorter than ever.SOLUTION: A biliary duct stent (1) of the present invention includes: a stent body (10); a tubular film body (30) which is provided at one end of the stent body (10) and which has a bile outflow port (34); and two support members (40 and 50) which have one-side ends (42 and 52) connected to one end of the stent body (10) and which have the other-side ends (44 and 54) connected to the vicinity of the bile outflow port (34).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、胆管ステント全体の長さを従来よりも短くしつつ、弁機能を十分に発揮することが可能な胆管ステントを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、ステント本体（１０）と、ステント本体（１０）の一端部に設けられ、胆汁流出口（３４）を有する管状の膜体（３０）と、一方端部（４２，５２）がステント本体（１０）の一端部に接続され、他方端部（４４，５４）が胆汁流出口（３４）の近傍に接続された２つの支持部材（４０，５０）とを備える胆管ステント（１）である。【選択図】図１
