Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge an electric charge accumulated in a capacitor.SOLUTION: A poser source controller executes: a first discharge control that discharges an accumulated electric charge to a capacitor 4 comprised to a vehicle 2 to a battery 5 for driving an auxiliary machine 6 mounted on the vehicle 2; and a second discharge control that discharges the electric charge of the capacitor 4 to a ground GND when a charging amount of the battery 5 is reached to a predetermined threshold value during the first discharge control. Thus, the electric charge of the capacitor 4 can be discharged even after the charge of the battery 5 is filled. Therefore, deterioration of the capacitor 4 can be prevented without remaining the electric charge in the capacitor 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】キャパシタに蓄積された電荷を十分に放電する。
