Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty in narrowing down system measurement information to be monitored, the difficulty being caused by a large work load for searching for a similar event in the past because a large amount of power system monitoring information is generated and stored in a database.SOLUTION: A power system operation support device according to the present invention comprises: a meteorology event information feature amount extraction unit for extracting a feature amount of meteorology related information from meteorology event information; a meteorology information feature amount extraction unit for extracting a feature amount of meteorology related information from meteorology information; a similar meteorological condition data extraction unit that compares the feature amount of meteorology related information in the meteorology event information with the feature amount of meteorology related information in the meteorology information and, on the basis of a comparison result, extracts geographical information in system abnormality event information; and a monitoring target system measurement information extraction unit that compares the geographical information in the system abnormality event information with geographical information in system measurement information and, on the basis of a comparison result, extracts system measurement information to be a monitoring target from the system measurement information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力系統監視情報は大量に生成され、データベースに保存されるため、過去の類似した事象を検索するための業務負担が大きく、監視するべき系統計測情報を絞り込むことが困難であった。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る電力系統運用支援装置は、気象事例情報から気象関連情報の特徴量を抽出する気象事例情報特徴量抽出部と、気象情報から気象関連情報の特徴量を抽出する気象情報特徴量抽出部と、前記気象事例情報と前記気象情報における気象関連情報の特徴量を比較し、比較結果に基づいて系統異常事例情報の地理的情報を抽出する類似気象条件データ抽出部と、前記系統異常事例情報の地理的情報と系統計測情報の地理的情報とを比較し、比較結果に基づいて前記系統計測情報から監視対象とする系統計測情報を抽出する監視対象系統計測情報抽出部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
