Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance array capable of being highly accurately adjusted to a desired resistance value, an output buffer including the resistance array, and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A resistance array includes: a plurality of series resistance sections R1-Rn each of which includes a plurality of resistances connected in series; and a common line that connects one end of each of the series resistance sections in common.
