Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal type solid-state electrolytic capacitor which improves noise cancellation effects over wide frequency bands and enables a heavy current to flow.SOLUTION: A pair of cathode terminals 26 and 27 is disposed on a pair of end faces 22 and 23 in a main body 25 of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor 21, and an anode terminal 28 is disposed on a bottom face 24. A capacitor element 30 provided in the main body 25 comprises: a linear through-conductor 31 consisting of a valve action metal; a dielectric layer located on the through-conductor 31; and an anod-side functional layer 36 which is located on the dielectric layer and electrically connected with the anode terminal 28. The through-conductor 31 consists of a core part 32 and a porous part 33 covering a peripheral surface of the core part. Both end faces of the core part 32 of the through-conductor 31 are brought into contact with the pair of cathode terminals 26 and 27 on the pair of end faces 22 and 23 of the main body 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】広い周波数帯域でノイズ除去効果に優れており、かつ、大電流を流すことが可能な3端子タイプの固体電解コンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】固体電解コンデンサ21の本体25における1対の端面22および23に1対の陽極端子26および27を配置し、底面24に陰極端子28を配置する。本体25に設けられたコンデンサ素子30は、弁作用金属からなる線状の貫通導体31と、貫通導体31上にある誘電体層と、誘電体層上にありかつ陰極端子28と電気的に接続されている陰極側機能層36と、を備える。貫通導体31は、芯部32と、芯部の周面を覆う多孔部33と、からなる。貫通導体31の芯部32の両端面は、本体25の1対の端面22および23の各々上において、1対の陽極端子26および27にそれぞれ接触している。【選択図】図2 |
