PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical switch unit and an optical switch device, capable of improving the insertion/removal operability of a connector and the discriminability of the function of each adapter, while achieving high density mounting.SOLUTION: An optical switch unit 10 includes adapters 13a to 13l and a panel part 12. The adapters 13a to 13b are arranged in an area 12A. The adapter 13b is located between the adapter 13a and the adapter 13c. A distance between the adapter 13a and the adapter 13b is larger than a distance between the adapter 13b and the adapter 13c.
