Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for inspecting a deformed state of a steel columnar support which can easily and precisely inspect the degree of such a deformed state as corrosion wastage.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device 10 is used for acquiring a reflected echo caused by a corrosion (deformed state), analysis data is created from waveform data, and noise components unnecessary for inspection of a deformed state part is removed from the waveform data for analysis. The waveform data for analysis is divided into sub data according to each specific length set in advance, a first grouping signal having an average signal intensity of the reflected echo of each sub data is created, and the total sum of the signal intensities of the first grouping signals is calculated. The first grouping signals are divided on a corrosion part-by-corrosion part basis so that second grouping signals are created. The total sum of the signal intensities of the signals of each group according to the second grouping signals is calculated and the degree of corrosion is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】鋼製支柱について、腐食による減肉などの変状の度合いについて簡便かつ精度よく検査を行うことができる変状検査方法及び変状検査システムを提供する。【解決手段】超音波検査装置10により腐食(変状)に起因する反射エコーを取得し、波形データから解析用データを作成し、解析用波形データから、変状部の検査に不必要なノイズ成分を除去する。解析用波形データをあらかじめ設定された長さ毎に区間を区切り、各区間に属する反射エコーの平均信号強度を有する第1のグループ化信号を作成し、各第1のグループ化信号の信号強度の総和を算出する。第1のグループ化信号を腐食部毎に区画し第2のグループ化信号を作成する。各第2のグループ化信号毎に当該グループに属する信号の信号強度の総和をそれぞれ算出し、腐食度合いを算出する。【選択図】図3
