Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump-less heat exchange system capable of performing a heat exchanging operation without using any pump even for high viscosity drain water mixed with solid matter or harshness.SOLUTION: A representative configuration of a pump-less heat exchange system of this invention comprises a processing tank 110 accompanying with drain water; a spiral type heat exchanger 200 having several diaphragms spaced apart to each other by a required spacing and wound in a spiral manner, several flow passages are formed to be adjacent to each other through the diaphragms to perform a heat exchanging operation between fluids flowing down in each of the flow passages; a first drainage line 120 for guiding the drain water fed out of the processing tank to the heat exchanger; a second drainage line 130 for guiding the drain water fed out of the heat exchanger; and a water supply line 160 for guiding the supplied water heat exchanged with the drain water at the heat exchanger to the processing tank showing a feature that an outlet port 130a of the second drainage line is arranged at a lower level than that of an inlet port 120a of the first drainage line and no pump is arranged between them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固形物や灰汁が混じった粘度の高い排水であっても、ポンプを使用することなく熱交換を行うことが可能なポンプレス熱交換システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明にかかるポンプレス熱交換システムの代表的な構成は、排水を伴う処理槽110と、複数枚の隔板を互いに所要間隔を空けてスパイラル状に巻回し、この隔板を介して複数の流路を互いに隣接して形成し、各流路内を流下する流体間の熱交換を行うスパイラル式の熱交換器200と、処理槽を出た排水を熱交換器に導く第1排水ライン120と、熱交換器を出た排水を導く第2排水ライン130と、熱交換器で排水と熱交換した給水を処理槽に導く給水ライン160とを備え、第1排水ラインの入口120aより第2排水ラインの出口130aが低く配置されていて、これらの間にポンプが配置されていないことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
