Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature of exhaust gas.SOLUTION: An engine system comprises: a No. 3 exhaust port 31 (first exhaust port) provided in a cylinder head 5 and providing communication between a first cylinder and a first exhaust flow passage; a No. 1 exhaust port 34 (second exhaust port) provided in the cylinder head 5 and providing communication between a second cylinder and a second exhaust flow passage; a twin scroll turbocharger communicating with the first exhaust flow passage and the second flow passage, in the inside of which exhaust gases introduced from the first exhaust flow passage and the second flow passage merge together; and an EGR port 32 that is provided in the cylinder head 5, is opened in the No. 3 exhaust port 31 and communicates with an EGR flow passage for recirculating exhaust gas into an intake flow passage.
