PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage member and a drainage structure, which can drain water infiltrated inside a wall material.SOLUTION: A drainage steel plate 4 is fitted across inside and outside of an exterior wall. The drainage steel plate 4 is mounted with: a resin rubber 4b, which butts against and supports a cutout part of the exterior wall from below; a water receiving part 4c, which is formed on depth side of the resin rubber 4b in depth direction inside the exterior wall and receives water flowing in the exterior wall; and a discharge passage 4h, which is formed below the resin rubber 4b and extends on near side of the water receiving part 4c in depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】壁材の内部に浸入した水を壁外に排出することができる排水部材、及び排水構造を提供する。【解決手段】排水鋼板４は、外壁の内外に亘って取り付けられる。排水鋼板４は、外壁の切欠き部を下側から当接支持する樹脂ゴム４ｂと、樹脂ゴム４ｂよりも外壁の内側である奥行き方向の奥側に設けられ外壁内を流れる水を受ける水受け部４ｃと、樹脂ゴム４ｂの下方には、水受け部４ｃから奥行き方向手前側に延在する排出路４ｈが形成されている。【選択図】図３
