PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub-door and a fitting having a door stop and offering an excellent heat insulation property.SOLUTION: A sub-door includes: a metallic door stop member fitted on an indoor side of a door body and forming a door stop of a main door; a metallic frame material having a metallic outdoor wall part and a metallic indoor wall part, the metallic frame material being disposed along an in-plane direction of the door body leaving an interval in a depth direction; and a synthetic resin frame material having an indoor-disposed part disposed on an indoor side of the metallic indoor wall part. The metallic frame material has an indoor extension part extending toward the indoor side from the metallic indoor wall part.
