Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing arm of a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables improvement of support rigidity for an axle while inhibiting increase of the weight and increase of an occupied width in a vehicle width direction.SOLUTION: A swing arm includes: arm bodies 32 formed by pipe materials; and reinforcement members 36, each of which reinforces an axle support area of the arm body 32. Each arm body 32 has a cutout part 35 formed by cutting a part of an area of a peripheral wall which faces in a vehicle width direction.
