Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment metal member capable of preventing discoloration by oxidation under high temperature environment without generation of appearance abnormality other than discoloration by oxidation, such as crack of a coated film or whitening, and reduction of corrosion resistance of a substrate.SOLUTION: In a surface treatment metal member having a coating layer 12 formed on a surface of a metal layer 11, the coating layer 12 is layered on the metal layer 11 and prevents Fe element in the metal layer 11 from diffusing under the high temperature environment via a first layer 21 and prevents appearance defects to the high temperature environment via a second layer 22 by having the first layer 21 which contains a silica compound and the second layer 22 which is laminated on the first layer 21 and contains an aluminum-based compound or a zirconia-based compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高温環境下においても酸化による変色を防止することが可能であり、塗膜のワレや白化等の酸化による変色以外の外観異常や基材の耐食性の低下も発生しない表面処理金属部材を提供する。【解決手段】金属層11の表面にコーティング層12が形成された表面処理金属部材において、コーティング層12は、金属層11の表面に積層され、シリカ系化合物を含有する第1層21と、第1層21の上に積層され、アルミ系化合物あるいはジルコニア系化合物を含有する第2層22とを有することにより、金属層11中のFe元素がこの高温環境の下において拡散するのを第1層21を介して抑制し、高温環境に対する外観不良を第2層22を介して抑制する。【選択図】図2 |
