PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody decorative material capable of obtaining an original woody feeling of wood even when adhering ink particles forming a pattern to a wood surface, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a woody decorative material 1 is a manufacturing method for the woody decorative material 1 in which a wood grain pattern 3 is formed on a wood surface 2 by ink particles 31 adhering to the wood surface 2a of a woody base material 2. There is provided a step of preparing as for the woody base material 2, the woody base material 2 from which a tube wall surface 24 forming a conduit of wood is exposed, on the wood surface 2a. The wood grain pattern 3 is printed on the wood surface 2a by spraying by ink jet printing the ink particles 31 having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the conduit to the wood surface 2a including the tube wall surface 24 so as to leave a recessed space 25 formed by the tube wall surface 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】木材表面に、模様を形成するインク粒子を付着させたとしても、木材本来の木質感を得ることができる木質系化粧材およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木質系化粧材１の製造方法は、木質系基材２の木材表面２ａに付着したインク粒子３１により、木材表面２ａに木目模様３が形成された木質系化粧材１の製造方法である。木質系基材２として、木材表面２ａに、木材の導管を形成する管壁面２４が露出した木質系基材２を準備する工程と、管壁面２４により形成された凹空間２５を残すように、管壁面２４を含む木材表面２ａに、導管の直径よりも直径の小さいインク粒子３１を、インクジェット印刷により吹き付けることにより、木材表面２ａに木目模様３を印刷する。【選択図】図３
