Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint mist treatment apparatus that is capable of sufficiently removing paint components and saving resources without any need to replace a filter.SOLUTION: A paint mist treatment apparatus 10 is provided with: a particle filling tank 2 into which a paint mist contained gas containing a paint mist comprising paint components is introduced, from which the paint components are stuck to filter particles 1 to be removed, and from which a paint component-removed treated gas is discharged; a detachment unit 4 that detaches the paint components from the filter particles 1; a particle discharge unit 3 that discharges the filter particles 1 from the particle filling tank 2 to the detachment unit 4; a separation unit 5 that separates the detached paint components and the filter particles 1 from each other; and a circulation path 7 through which the separated filter particles 1 fill the particle filling tank 2 again.
