Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogel having biocompatibility, whose shape is stably maintained despite its highly hydrous property and which can be used as a cell culture support, an anagenesis support, and the like.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite comprising a fibroin layer containing fibroin and a hyaluronic acid hydrogel layer containing (meth)acrylated hyaluronic acid as a structural unit. The composite of the present invention, by having a part or all of a surface of the hyaluronic acid hydrogel being coated with fibroin, can be made also to possess shape stability, while maintaining excellent transparency, biocompatibility, and flexibility which are characteristic of hyaluronic acid hydrogel, and thus the composite of the present invention can be molded into a desired shape and has a wide range of applications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の目的は、高含水性であるにも関わらず、形状が安定的に維持され、かつ、細胞培養支持体や組織再生支持体などとして利用が可能である生体適合性を有するハイドロゲルを提供することにある。【解決手段】上記目的は、フィブロインを含むフィブロイン層と、構成単位として(メタ)アクリル化ヒアルロン酸を含むヒアルロン酸ハイドロゲル層とを含む複合体により解決される。本発明の複合体は、ヒアルロン酸ハイドロゲルの表面の一部又は全部をフィブロインにより被覆したものとすることにより、ヒアルロン酸ハイドロゲルの特徴である、優れた透明性、生体適合性及び柔軟性を保持したまま、形状の安定性も兼ね備えたものとすることができることから、所望の形状に成形することができる応用範囲の広いものである。【選択図】図1
