Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data amount to be transmitted to a decoding device during pixel value range change.SOLUTION: An information processing device encodes image information of a prescribed part with a first compression rate when pixel data within a first pixel value range is included in the prescribed part of an image, and encodes the image on the basis of a rule for encoding the image information with a second compression rate, and sends the encoded image to a first device when the pixel data within the first pixel value range is not included in the prescribed part. In the case of receiving a change instruction from the first pixel value range to a second pixel value range, difference information showing difference between image information of a decoded image obtained by decoding the encoded image and image information of an unencoded image is sent to the first device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】 画素値範囲変更時に復号装置に送信するデータ量を削減する。【解決手段】 情報処理装置は、画像の所定部分に第1画素値範囲内の画素データが含まれる場合には所定部分の画像情報を第1圧縮率で符号化し、所定部分に第1画素値範囲内の画素データが含まれない場合には第2圧縮率で画素情報を符号化する規則に基づいて、画像を符号化して、符号化された画像を第1装置に送る。第1画素値範囲から第2画素値範囲への変更指示を受け付けた場合に、符号化された画像を復号することで得られる復号画像の画像情報と、符号化されていない画像の画像情報との差分を示す差分情報を、第1装置に送る。【選択図】 図9
