Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal diaphragm in which the dispersion of a space gap amount is hard to occur, without impeding the vibration of the crystal diaphragm.SOLUTION: The crystal diaphragm includes: extraction electrodes 4- of each principal plane which are formed outside the vibration region of each principal plane of a crystal diaphragm 1 in a manner to be in close contact to the principal plane of the crystal diaphragm, and have thick parts 21- which are thicker than excitation electrodes 2- in the vicinity of a vibration region 1a; and an excitation electrode of each principal plane which are bonded at the thick parts of the extraction electrodes and formed apart at certain intervals from each principal plane of the crystal diaphragm in the vibration region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
