Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide type fuel battery cell capable of preventing a conductive support from being cracked, a fuel battery module and a fuel battery device.SOLUTION: A solid oxide type fuel battery cell 1 comprises: a conductive support 2 in which a fuel gas flow passage 7 is provided and which contains an iron group metal component; a fuel electrode layer 3 which is provided on at least one principal plane of the conductive support 2; a solid electrolyte layer 4 which is provided while covering the fuel electrode layer 3; and an air electrode layer 5 which is provided on the solid electrolyte layer 4 oppositely to the fuel electrode layer 3. An oxidation suppression layer 10 is provided in one end of the conductive support 2. The oxidation suppression layer 10 contains a silicate including at least one of second group elements on a periodic table as a main component.
