PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic change receiving and dispensing machine that prevents bills from being jammed when carried out.SOLUTION: A bill temporary storage part has: a storage chamber 31 in which bills M are temporarily stored; a bill dispensing and receiving opening 31a for putting bills in and out of the storage chamber; a pair of upper and lower bill conveying rollers 32, 33 provided at the bill dispensing and receiving opening; a pair of stiffening collars 34 provided rotatably nearby both axial sides of the lower bill conveying roller 33; and a rotating mechanism part for rotating the pair of stiffening collars, and the pair of stiffening collars have a projection part 34a projecting radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the lower bill conveying roller, and a recessed part 34a arranged on the same plane with the outer peripheral surface of the lower bill conveying roller or recessed radially inward from the outer peripheral surface, and are changed over between a carry-in mode in which the projection part is moved to a pair of long-side part sides of a bill and a carry-out mode in which the recessed part is moved to the pair of long-side part sides of the bill when the bill is carried by the pair of upper and lower bill conveying rollers from inside the storage chamber to a bill gateway.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】紙幣搬出におけるジャムの発生を防止する自動釣銭入出金機を提供する。【解決手段】紙幣一時保管部は、紙幣Ｍを一時的に保管する保管室３１と、保管室内に紙幣を出し入れするための紙幣出入り口３１ａと、紙幣出入り口に設けられた上下一対の紙幣搬送ローラ３２，３３と、下の紙幣搬送ローラ３３の軸心方向の両側近傍に回動可能に設けられた一対のコシ付けカラー３４と、一対のコシ付けカラーを回動させる回動機構部とを有し、一対のコシ付けカラーは、下の紙幣搬送ローラの外周面よりも径方向外方へ突出した突出部３４ａと、下の紙幣搬送ローラの外周面と同一平面上に並ぶまたは外周面よりも径方向内方へ陥没した陥没部３４ｂとを有し、紙幣の一対の長辺部側に突出部を移動させる搬入モードと、上下一対の紙幣搬送ローラにて保管室内から紙幣出入り口へ紙幣を搬送する際に、紙幣の一対の長辺部側に陥没部を移動させる搬出モードとに切り替わる。【選択図】図５
