Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring a substance with an electrochemical biosensor, which can reduce variation of measurement values between sensors based on enzymatic activity and an enzyme amount, and enables accurate measurement with a simple system.SOLUTION: A substance measuring method comprises: applying predetermined voltages (first and second voltages) to a glucose sensor and starting measuring respective response currents (first and second currents) S01; measuring the respond currents obtained by voltage application, that is, the first and second currents and sending the result to a detection unit S02; causing an arithmetic unit to first correct the second current value with the first current value S03; causing the arithmetic unit to calculate glucose concentration based on the corrected second current value S04; and causing an output unit to sent the calculation result of the corrected glucose concentration to a display unit through a communication link formed between itself and the display unit S05.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】電気化学式バイオセンサを利用した物質の測定において、酵素活性および酵素量に基づくセンサ間の測定値のばらつきを低減し、精度よく簡便な系で測定できる方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】グルコースセンサに所定の電圧(第一及び第二の電圧)を印加し、それぞれ応答電流(第一及び第二の電流)の測定を開始するS01。電圧印加によって得られる応答電流、すなわち、第一及び第二の電流を測定し、検出部へ送るS02。演算部は、まず、第二の電流値を第一の電流値で補正するS03。さらに、演算部は前記補正後の第二の電流値に基づいてグルコース濃度を算出するS04。出力部は、補正後のグルコース濃度の算出結果を、表示部ユニットとの間に形成された通信リンクを通じて表示部ユニットへ送信するS05。【選択図】図7
