Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopping under a light load as much as possible without forcing any excessive operation.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an upper level control device 20 for a heat source system comprising an evaporator for evaporating refrigerant and heat exchanging between the refrigerant and heat source medium; a compressor for compressing the refrigerant; and a condenser for condensing the compressed refrigerant by heat medium, and there is provided a heat source machine for heating the heat medium by the condenser to a prescribed outlet set temperature and supply it to an external load.
