Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material with high resistance to alkali solution and its manufacturing method while having a preferable anticorrosion characteristic and hydrophilicity of the fin material surface lasts for a long time.SOLUTION: An aluminum fin material 1 according to the present invention comprises: an undercoat treatment layer 3; a corrosion-resistant film layer 4; and a hydrophilic film layer 5 that are formed on the surface of an aluminum plate 2 or an aluminum alloy plate 2 in this order, the undercoat treatment layer 3 is made of inorganic oxide or inorganic-organic composite compound; the corrosion-resistant film layer 4 is made of the resin composition containing an acrylic acid resin; the hydrophilic film layer 5 is made of the resin composition containing a resin A containing a sulfonic acid group and the like and a resin B containing a carboxyl group; and PH of the extract obtained when the hydrophilic film layer 5 is dipped into ion exchange water is 8.0 to 10.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】良好な耐食性を備え、フィン材表面の親水性が長期間持続すると共に、アルカリ性溶液に対する耐性が高いアルミニウム製フィン材およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るアルミニウム製フィン材1は、アルミニウム板2またはアルミニウム合金板2の表面に下地処理層3と、耐食性皮膜層4と、親水性皮膜層5と、をこの順に備え、下地処理層3は、無機酸化物または無機−有機複合化合物からなり、耐食性皮膜層4は、アクリル酸系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物からなり、親水性皮膜層5は、スルホン酸基などを有する樹脂Aと、カルボキシル基を有する樹脂Bと、を含む樹脂組成物からなり、親水性皮膜層5をイオン交換水に浸漬させたとき、得られる抽出液のpHが8.0〜10.0であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
