Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation stair tower that suppresses bending of a beam even when exposed to a horizontal load caused by tsunami, etc.SOLUTION: An evacuation stair tower 3 includes a stair 31 serving as a passageway to residential units on a plurality of stories, and a column 311 and a beam 30 constituting a main structural frame. A level difference beam 30A is provided between a floor section 34 and a stair landing floor section 35 of each story. The level difference beam 30A has an inclined part 30a at a location corresponding to a stair space between the floor section 34 and the stair landing floor section 35. The inclined part 30a connects horizontal parts of a floor height corresponding respectively to the floor section 34 and the stair landing floor section 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】津波等に起因して水平方向の荷重を受けた場合でも、梁の曲がりを生じ難くすることができる避難階段塔を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】多層階に設けられた住戸への通路となる階段31および主架構となる柱311と梁30を備える避難階段塔3において、各階の床部34から踊り場床部35に掛けて段差梁30Aが設けられており、この段差梁30Aは、上記床部34と上記踊り場床部35との間の階段空間に対応した箇所に傾斜部30aを有し、上記床部34および上記踊り場床部35の各々に対応した床高さの水平部が上記傾斜部30bで連結されている。【選択図】図2
