PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture method for a dental implant capable of causing a hydroxyapatite coating to develop superhydrophilic properties before being implanted in a living body, and an adjustment method for the dental implant.SOLUTION: A manufacture method and an adjustment method for a dental implant according to the present invention includes: a step of storing a dental implant 1 on which a coating is formed on an outer surface, in a container 10; a step of applying radiation to the container 10 storing the dental implant 1 to sterilize the dental implant 1; a step of sealingly storing the sterilized dental implant 1 in a dry state in the container 10; and an impurities removing step of, before being implanted in a surgical procedure object site, opening the sealing of the container 10, immersing the dental implant 1 in water or an aqueous solution, shaking it, and removing impurities attached to the surface of a hydroxyapatite coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】体内への埋め込み前に、ヒドロキシアパタイトコーティングに超親水性を発現させることのできる歯科インプラントの製造方法および歯科インプラントの調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の歯科インプラントの製造方法および調整方法は、外表面に前記被膜が形成された歯科インプラント１を、コンテナ容器１０に収容する工程と、歯科インプラント１が収容されたコンテナ容器１０に放射線を照射して歯科インプラント１を滅菌する工程と、滅菌済み歯科インプラント１を乾燥状態でコンテナ容器１０中に密閉して保管する工程と、施術対象に埋め込まれる前に、コンテナ容器１０の密閉を開放して歯科インプラント１を水または水系溶媒に浸漬し、さらにこれを振とうして、ヒドロキシアパタイト被膜の表面に付着した不純物を除去する不純物除去工程と、を含む。【選択図】図２
