Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet that can achieve both reduction in insertion force into a through-hole and improvement in retaining force to the through-hole.SOLUTION: A grommet 10 comprises: a small-diameter tube part 14 fixed to an outer peripheral surface of a wire harness 12; a large-diameter tube part 20 fixed to a through-hole 18 of a fixing member 16; and an enlarged-diameter tube part 22 connecting the small-diameter tube part 14 to the large-diameter tube part 20. The enlarged-diameter tube part 22 has a small-diameter tube part-side end part 32 arranged separately at an outer periphery side of the small-diameter tube part 14, and a flexible connecting part 34 which connects an inner peripheral surface of the enlarged-diameter tube part 22 to the small-diameter tube part 14. On the outer peripheral surface of the enlarged-diameter tube part 22 are protrudingly provided a plurality of contact ribs 36 which extend from the large-diameter tube part 20 side toward the small-diameter tube part-side end part 32 separately from each other in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】貫通孔への挿入力の低減と貫通孔に対する保持力の向上を両立して達成することのできる、新規な構造のグロメットを提供すること。【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス12の外周面に固定される小径筒部14と、固定部材16の貫通孔18に固定される大径筒部20と、小径筒部14と大径筒部20の間を連結する拡径筒部22とを備えたグロメット10において、拡径筒部22が、小径筒部14の外周側に離隔して配設された小径筒部側端部32と、拡径筒部22の内周面を小径筒部14に連結する可撓性連結部34を有しており、拡径筒部22の外周面上には、周方向で相互に離隔して、大径筒部20側から小径筒部側端部32に向かって延出する複数の当接リブ36が突設されているようにした。【選択図】図3
