PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a curved plate and regenerate or collect stable sound.SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer includes: a vibrating body 1 having a wing-like vibrating portion 7 in which a valley portion 6 is formed between one side portions of the convex surface of each of a pair of curved plates; and a converting section 2 for converting the vibration along the depth direction of the valley section 6 of the vibrating body 1 and the electric signal corresponding to the vibration.
