PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate original plate and a lithographic printing plate having a silicone rubber layer excellent in adhesive force with a lower layer and scratch resistance, and a silicone composition for printing plate used in manufacturing the lithographic printing plate original plate.SOLUTION: There are provided a silicone composition for printing plate containing (A) organopolysiloxane having a silanol group and (B) a compound represented by the following general formula (VII), a method of manufacturing a lithographic printing plate original plate and a lithographic printing plate using the same, and a method of manufacturing a printed matter using the lithographic printing plate.
