Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator capable of driving an output part linearly by a motor while restricting against its large-sized formation.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 10 comprises a motor 20; an electromagnetic brake 30 for braking a rotation of the motor under its non-conducted state; a speed reduction mechanism 40 connected to the motor; a rotating shaft 41 connected to the speed reduction mechanism; and a movable member 50 moved in an axial direction as the rotating shaft is rotated. The movable member has a main body part 51 having an open hole 51a through which the rotating shaft passes; and an output part 52 contacted with a part to be transmitted with power force. The rotating shaft has a first helical groove 41a positioned at an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft. The main body part has second helical grooves 51b positioned at an inner surface of the open hole. A ball screw is constituted by several balls 60 positioned among the first helical groove, second helical grooves, the first helical groove and the second helical grooves. The output part has an output elastic part 53 that is elastically deformed in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大型化することを抑制しつつ、モータによって出力部を直線的に駆動できる電動アクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】電動アクチュエータ10は、モータ20と、非通電状態においてモータの回転を制動する電磁ブレーキ30と、モータに連結された減速機構40と、減速機構に連結した回転シャフト41と、回転シャフトの回転に伴って軸方向に移動する可動部材50と、を備える。可動部材は、回転シャフトが通される貫通孔51aを有する本体部51と、被動力伝達部と接触する出力部52と、を有する。回転シャフトは、回転シャフトの外周面に位置する第1螺旋状溝41aを有する。本体部は、貫通孔の内側面に位置する第2螺旋状溝51bを有する。第1螺旋状溝、第2螺旋状溝、および第1螺旋状溝と第2螺旋状溝との間に位置する複数の球状のボール60によって、ボールネジが構成される。出力部は、軸方向に弾性変形する出力弾性部53を有する。【選択図】図1
