Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional half-precast concrete foundation for a base-isolation device that it is hard to handle due to having weight since the whole is precast, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A half-precast concrete foundation 1 for a base-isolation device is provided by being half-precast as an outer shell part of a concrete foundation for placing the base-isolation device, that is, as the outer shell part of the foundation for placing the base-isolation device, in which the whole shape is formed in a cylindrical body, a connecting-reinforcing irregular part is formed on an inside wall in an inside space part in a state of being placed in a pile head part, the upper end surface is smoothly formed for the base-isolation foundation top end, an upper opening part of the inside space part is opened on an upper end surface, and a lower opening part of the inside space part is opened larger than the pile head part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-A 【課題】本発明は、免震装置用ハーフプレキャストコンクリート基礎に関し、従来の免震装置用基礎では、全体をプレキャスト化して重量があって取り扱いにくいことが課題であって、それを解決することである。【解決手段】免震装置を載置するためのコンクリート製基礎の外殻部であり、全体形状が筒状体であり、杭頭部に載置した状態で内側空間部において接続補強用の凹凸部が内側壁に形成され、上端面が免震基礎天端用に平滑に形成され、前記内側空間部の上方開口部が前記上端面に開口され、前記内側空間部の下方開口部が前記杭頭部よりも大きく開口されており、前記前記免震装置を載置するための基礎の外殻部としてハーフプレキャスト化されている免震装置用ハーフプレキャストコンクリート基礎1とする。【選択図】図1−A
