PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition capable of providing a molding excellent in an expansion ratio and molding surface appearance even when an additive amount of a filler increases, and a molding using the same.SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride (PVC) resin composition containing a vinyl chloride resin (PVC) (A), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (B), an organic polymer (C) other than PTFE, a filler (D) and a foaming agent (E) is provided that contains 0.001-20 pts.mass of PTFE (B), 1-2,000 pts.mass of the filler (D) and 0.01-20 pts.mass of the foaming agent (E) with respect to 100 pts.mass of PVC (A). The organic polymer (C) preferably has high compatibility with PVC (A) for the purpose of improving dispersibility of PTFE (B) blended with PVC (A), and preferably contains 50 mass% or more of one or more monomers selected from a (meth)acrylate monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer and an acrylonitrile monomer, as constitutional units.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】充填剤の添加量を増やした場合も、発泡倍率・成形体表面外観に優れる成形体を得ることが可能な塩化ビニル樹脂組成物及びそれを用いた成形体の提供。【解決手段】塩化ビニル樹脂（ＰＶＣ）（Ａ）、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン（ＰＴＦＥ）（Ｂ）、前記ＰＴＦＥ以外の有機重合体（Ｃ）、充填剤（Ｄ）及び発泡剤（Ｅ）を含有するＰＶＣ組成物であって、ＰＶＣ（Ａ）１００質量部に対し、ＰＴＦＥ（Ｂ）を０.００１〜２０質量部、前記充填剤（Ｄ）を１〜２０００質量部、前記発泡剤（Ｅ）を０．０１〜２０質量部含む。有機重合体（Ｃ）はＰＶＣ（Ａ）に配合するＰＴＦＥ（Ｂ）の分散性を向上させる目的から、ＰＶＣ（Ａ）との相容性の高いものが好ましく、（メタ）アクリル酸エステル系単量体と、芳香族ビニル系単量体と、アクリロニトリル系単量体とから選ばれる１種以上の単量体が構成単位として５０質量％以上含有することが好ましい。【選択図】なし
