Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker capable of increasing generation of sticky water which is the base of the delicious taste of rice, and which can improve the taste of cooked rice.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes: a rice cooker body; a pot stored in the rice cooker body; a heating part for heating the pot; a pressure adjustment part for adjusting the pressure inside the pot; and a control part for controlling the heating part and the pressure adjustment part. The control part, in a boiling maintaining step, sequentially executes: a first pressure adjustment step in which the pressure in the pot is increased from a first pressure to a second pressure, and then, it is decompressed to the first pressure; a second pressure adjustment step in which the pressure in the pot is increased from the first pressure to a third pressure which is lower than the second pressure, and then, it is decompressed to the first pressure; and a third pressure adjustment step in which the pressure in the pot is increased from the first pressure to a fourth pressure which is higher than the third pressure and equal to or lower than the second pressure, and then, it is decompressed to the first pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】米の旨みの素であるおねばの発生を増加させることができ、炊き上がった米の食味を向上させることができる炊飯器の提供。【解決手段】炊飯器本体と、炊飯器本体に収容される鍋と、鍋を加熱する加熱部と、鍋内の圧力を調整する圧力調整部と、加熱部及び圧力調整部を制御する制御部と、を備え、制御部は、沸騰維持工程において、鍋内の圧力を第1の圧力から第2の圧力へと昇圧し、その後、第1の圧力へと減圧する第1の圧力調整工程と、鍋内の圧力を第1の圧力から第2の圧力よりも低い第3の圧力へと昇圧し、その後、第1の圧力へと減圧する第2の圧力調整工程と、鍋内の圧力を第1の圧力から第3の圧力よりも高く、かつ、第2の圧力以下である第4の圧力へと昇圧し、その後、第1の圧力へと減圧する第3の圧力調整工程と、を順に実行する、炊飯器。【選択図】図6
