Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self consignment support apparatus and a self consignment system which can efficiently reduce urgency of demand and supply of electric power.SOLUTION: A self consignment support apparatus 1 includes: a data acquisition part 11 for acquiring data on power consumption amount; and a data processing unit 13 for calculating a self consignment electric power amount, which is the amount of electric power that an electric power supply facility is to supply to a commercial electric power system per further unit time, and generating self consignment electric power amount data including information on the self consignment electric power amount. The data processing unit 13 performs calculation so that a self consignment electric power amount per further unit time in which a predicted power consumption amount exceeds a predetermined threshold electric power amount larger than the power consumption amount set for the electric power consuming facility, which is 0, is not smaller than the electric power amount required for supplying an exceeding electric power amount, which is an electric power amount obtained by subtracting the threshold electric power amount to the predicted power consumption amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 電力需給の逼迫を効果的に軽減する自己託送支援装置及び自己託送システムを提供する。【解決手段】 自己託送支援装置1は、消費電力量データを取得するデータ取得部11と、将来の単位時間に電力供給施設が商用電力系統に供給すべき電力量である自己託送電力量を算出して当該自己託送電力量の情報を含む自己託送電力量データを生成するデータ処理部13を備える。データ処理部13は、予測消費電力量が電力消費施設に対して設定されている0よりも大きい所定の閾値電力量を超過する将来の単位時間における自己託送電力量が、電力消費施設に対して当該予測消費電力量から当該閾値電力量を減じた電力量である超過電力量を融通するために必要な電力量以上になるように算出する。【選択図】 図2
