Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron capable of preventing an antenna cap from being dropped from an exhaust part, and preventing discharging from occurring between the antenna cap and the exhaust part.SOLUTION: In a magnetron, an antenna part comprises: an exhaust part to which an antenna lead wire led out of an anode part is connected and which includes a microwave output end; an output-side ceramic stem to which the exhaust part is fixed while holding the antenna lead wire insides and which electrically isolates the exhaust part from a sidewall of a main body portion of the magnetron; a conductive adhesive which is formed in an outer peripheral portion of the exhaust part and has heat resistance; and an antenna cap which is bonded to the exhaust part via the conductive adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】アンテナキャップが排気部からの脱落を防止し、アンテナキャップと排気部との間で生じる放電の発生を防止することができるマグネトロンを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のマグネトロンは、アンテナ部が、陽極部から導出したアンテナ導線が接続されてマイクロ波の出力端を有する排気部と、アンテナ導線を内部に保持して排気部が固着され、マグネトロンの本体部分の側壁に対して排気部を電気的に絶縁する出力側セラミックステムと、排気部の外周部分に形成された耐熱性を有する導電性接着剤と、排気部に対して導電性接着剤を介して接合されたアンテナキャップと、を備えている。【選択図】図1
