Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic timepiece with a solar battery including a film-type solar battery, and less susceptible to effect of static electricity.SOLUTION: An electronic timepiece with a solar battery includes: an exterior case formed of electroconductive material; a solar battery unit 4 accommodated in the exterior case; and a movement 2 that has a secondary battery for accumulating electric energy, housed in the exterior case. The solar battery unit 4 has: a solar battery 40 using a film-made base 41; a positive pole and a negative pole formed on a rear face of the base 41 of the solar battery 40; and an electroconductive solar battery guide plate 45 bonded to the rear face of the base 41 without contact with the positive pole and the negative pole. A positive pole of the solar battery 40 is conducted to a positive pole of the secondary battery, a negative pole of the solar battery 40 is conducted to a negative pole of the secondary battery, and the solar battery guide plate 45 is conducted to an electrode which is set as a ground electrode out of the positive pole and the negative pole of the secondary battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】フィルム型の太陽電池を備えるとともに、静電気の影響を受けにくい太陽電池付電子時計を提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池付電子時計は、導電性材料により形成された外装ケースと、外装ケースに収容される太陽電池ユニット4と、電気エネルギーを蓄積する二次電池を有し、外装ケースに収容されるムーブメント2と、を備える。太陽電池ユニット4は、フィルム製の基材41を用いた太陽電池40と、当該太陽電池40の基材41の裏面に形成された正極および負極と、正極および負極に接触せずに基材41の裏面に接着された導電性の太陽電池案内板45と、を有する。太陽電池40の正極は、二次電池の正極に導通され、太陽電池40の負極は、二次電池の負極に導通され、太陽電池案内板45は、二次電池の正極と負極のうちグランド電極に設定された電極に導通される。【選択図】図2
