Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a propeller shaft which can easily assemble the propeller shaft.SOLUTION: A ball (50) is assembled to a part an inner ring ball groove (41) which is orientated to a prescribed direction out of a plurality of the inner ring ball grooves (41) of an inner ring (40), a stub shaft (100) is rotated while supporting the assembled ball (50) by a ball receiving member (5) so as not to fall from the inner ring ball groove (41), and the ball (50) is assembled to the remaining inner ring ball groove (41) which is orientated to the prescribed direction. After that, by relatively moving the stub shaft (100) to an axial direction with respect to an outer ring (20) and the ball receiving member (5), the inner ring (40), a cage (60) and the ball (50) are inserted into the outer ring (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A 【課題】容易にプロペラシャフトの組み付けを行うことができるプロペラシャフトの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】内輪(40)における複数の内輪ボール溝(41)のうち所定方向を向いている一部の内輪ボール溝(41)にボール(50)を組み付け、組み付けられたボール(50)が内輪ボール溝(41)から落ちないようにボール受け部材(5)によって支持しながらスタブシャフト(100)を回転させ、所定方向を向いた残りの内輪ボール溝(41)にボール(50)を組み付ける。その後に、外輪(20)及びボール受け部材(5)に対してスタブシャフト(100)を軸方向に相対移動させることにより、内輪(40)、保持器(60)及びボール(50)を外輪(20)に挿入する。【選択図】図4A
