Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent set for a decorative material excellent in curability when coating a plastic substrate, surface hardness, adhesion to a substrate, and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: A coating agent set for a decorative material includes: a coating agent (A) forming a primer layer; and a coating agent (B) forming a top coat layer for forming a compound layer obtained by laminating a primer layer, and a top coat layer in this order. (1) The coating agent (A) includes an acrylic resin (a) having a hydroxyl value of 10-120 mgKOH/g and a glass transition temperature of 40°C-100°C, and an isocyanate compound (a'). (2) The coating agent (B) includes a urethane acrylate (b) represented by the general formula (1), and a urethane acrylate (b') having a structural unit derived from a polyether diol (b'-1) and a structural unit derived from a hydroxyl group-containing acrylate (b'-2), and not having an isocyanurate structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】プラスチック基材に塗工した際の硬化性が良好で、表面硬さ、基材への密着性および耐スクラッチ性に優れる、化粧材用コート剤セットを提供すること。【解決手段】プラスチック基材上にプライマー層、トップコート層の順で積層された複合層を形成するための、該プライマー層を形成するコート剤（Ａ）および該トップコート層を形成するコート剤（Ｂ）からなる化粧材用コート剤セットであり、（１）コート剤（Ａ）が、水酸基価１０〜１２０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇ、かつガラス転移温度が４０℃〜１００℃のアクリル樹脂（ａ）と、イソシアネート化合物（ａ'）とを含む。（２）コート剤（Ｂ）が、一般式（１）で表されるウレタンアクリレート（ｂ）と、ポリエーテルジオール（ｂ'-１）由来の構造単位および水酸基含有アクリレート（ｂ'-２）由来の構造単位を有し、イソシアヌレート構造を有さないウレタンアクリレート（ｂ'）とを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
