Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run which can minimize a number of a salient part on a surface of the glass run, and can prevent peeling of a vehicle outside decorative member.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A glass run 10 is formed of a trim part 30 and a glass run part 20. A vehicle outside side wall 21 of the glass run part 20 and a trim side bottom wall 33 of the trim part 30 are integrally formed, and a vehicle outside decorative member 40 is attached to a vehicle outside surface, so as to cover continuously from an upper end of the trim part bottom wall 33 to a lower end of the vehicle outside side wall 21. A vehicle outside lower reinforcement member 52 formed of an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer material having rigidity larger than that of the vehicle outside side wall 21 is integrally adhered and formed on a lower end of the vehicle outside side wall 21, so as to adhere to a vehicle inside surface of a lower tip end part 42 of the vehicle outside decorative member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガラスランの表面の凸部を最小限にするとともに、車外側装飾部材の剥離を防止することができるガラスランを提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】ガラスラン10は、トリム部30とガラスラン部20とから構成される。ガラスラン部20の車外側側壁21とトリム部30のトリム部底壁33は、一体的に形成され、車外側面にはトリム部底壁33の上端から車外側側壁21の下端まで連続して車外側装飾部材40が覆うように取付けられる。車外側側壁21の下端には、車外側側壁21よりも剛性の大きなオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー材料で形成された車外側下側補強部材52が車外側装飾部材40の下側先端部42の車内側面を接着するように一体的に接着形成された。【選択図】図1 |
