PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of being used as a trunk by a single action.SOLUTION: A vehicular seat 10 includes: a cushion lower frame 15 equipped with a planar rear side placement part 24 which is extended to a seat front side from a seat back 14 for placing a cargo; and a cushion body 12 equipped with a seat part 20 which is rotatably connected to a front end part of the cushion lower frame 15 and is held at a normal position which is above the cushion lower frame 15 and a passenger can be seated and an inversion position rotated from the normal position to a seat front side, for seating of the passenger at the normal position as well as a planar front side placement part 26 which is positioned above the seat part 20 at the inversion position, being in front of the rear side placement part 24, for a cargo to be placed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】１アクションで荷室として利用することができる車両用シートを得る。【解決手段】車両用シート１０は、シートバック１４からシート前方側へ延出され、荷物が載置可能な平面状の後側載置部２４を備えたクッションロアフレーム１５と、クッションロアフレーム１５の前端部に回動可能に連結され、クッションロアフレーム１５の上方に位置して乗員が着座可能な通常位置と該通常位置からシート前方側へ回動された反転位置とで保持されると共に、通常位置で乗員が着座する座部２０と、反転位置で座部２０の上方かつ後側載置部２４の前方に位置して荷物が載置可能な平面状の前側載置部２６とを備えたクッション本体１２と、を有する。【選択図】図１
