Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a resin member which internally contains a foamed material which can be molded in fewer steps and by using only one molding die.SOLUTION: In the method for molding a resin member which internally contains a foamed material, a molding die 10 including an outer die 11 and a core 12 is used. A thermoplastic resin CFRP20 is injected into a space 13 for molding which is formed by inserting the core 12 into the outer die 11, and after a lapse of a certain period of time, core-back is performed to expand the volume of the space 13 for molding. A foam material 30 which can be foamed is injected into a space 22 for injection, formed by the expansion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】より少ない工程でかつ1つの成形金型を用いるのみで成形することのできる発泡した材料を内部に含む樹脂部材の成形方法を得る。【解決手段】内部に発泡した材料を含む樹脂部材の成形方法であって、外型11とコア12からなる成形金型10を用いる。外型11にコア12が挿入されて形成される成形用空間13内に熱可塑性樹脂CFRP20を射出し、一定時間経過後にコアバックして成形用空間13の容積を拡張する。拡張することで形成された射出用空間22内に発泡可能な発泡性材料30を射出する。【選択図】図2
