Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact communication medium that prevents reception voltage exceeding a certain value from occurring by operating an attenuation circuit for attenuating magnetic field energy if it is exposed to a strong magnetic field.SOLUTION: A non-contact communication medium 100 includes a coil 10, a rectifying circuit 20, a smoothing circuit 30, load impedance adjusting means 40, a voltage detection circuit 50, and a switch 60. A resistance value of the load impedance adjusting means 40 is adjusted so that output voltage Vo becomes prescribed output voltage Vout when a magnetic field of 12 A/m or more is applied to the coil 10. When the output voltage Vout reaches a prescribed value, the voltage detection circuit 50 operates the switch 60 and stops the resonance of the coil 10 or shifts the resonance frequency of the coil 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】強磁界に曝された場合に、磁界エネルギーを減衰させる減衰回路を動作させることにより、一定値を超える受信電圧の発生が防止される非接触通信媒体を提供する。【解決手段】非接触通信媒体100は、コイル10、整流回路20、平滑回路30、負荷インピーダンス調整手段40、電圧検出回路50、及びスイッチ60を含む。負荷インピーダンス調整手段40の抵抗値は、コイル10に12A/m以上の磁界が印加された場合に出力電圧Voが所定の出力電圧Voutになるように調整される。出力電圧Voutが所定の値になると、電圧検出回路50がスイッチ60を動作させ、コイル10の共振を停止させるか、又はコイル10の共振周波数をずらす。【選択図】図2 |
