Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element for a light emitter, which is high in transparency and heat generation efficiency, and which is superior in shaping processability and adequate in resistance to moisture and heat.SOLUTION: A planar heating element 10 for a light emitter comprises a carbon nanotube layer 12 and a coating layer 13 on at least one face of a base material 11.
