Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform update processing of a program without reconfiguring the program using a program before updating and an updating difference program.SOLUTION: A built-in apparatus 1 includes a non-volatile memory 3 having a plurality of independently readable and writable faces, and an address converter 5 for performing address conversion using an address conversion table.
