Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply inspect an amount of bacteria and cells contained in the sample solution.SOLUTION: An inspection device 1 for inspecting an amount of dielectric particles contained in a sample solution includes: a dielectric collection part 3; a pump part 10; and an AC voltage supply part 11. The dielectric collection part includes: at least a pair of electrodes: and a flow path 13 which extends in a predetermined direction on the pair of electrodes. The pump part sends the sample solution so as to advance on the flow path in the predetermined direction. The AC voltage supply part supplies the AC voltage of a predetermined frequency to the pair of electrodes so that the dielectric particles in the sample solution sent from the flow path brings about electrophoresis. The dielectric collection part has a plurality of slit regions arranged in the predetermined direction between the pair of electrodes.
