Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure and a turbomachine capable of effectively restricting the unstable oscillation.SOLUTION: A seal structure comprises: a rotation structure 4 rotating about a shaft center line CL in a prescribed direction; a stationary structure 10 facing in a radial direction R with a gap Gd on the outer peripheral side of the rotation structure 4, the seal structure restricts the flow of leak flow SL of working fluid from the gap Gd. The stationary structure 10 includes a cavity 12 accommodating the rotation structure 4; on the inner peripheral surface 13 of the cavity 12, a seal fin 6 extending toward on the shaft center line CL is provided; and a plurality of stationary side recesses 14 are provided along the flow direction of the leak flow SL. A second stationary side recess 14B disposed on the immediate downstream side of a first stationary side recess 14A in the flow direction has a depth dimension set small in comparison with the first stationary side recess 14A on the most upstream side in the flow direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】不安定振動を効果的に抑制できるようにした、シール構造及びターボ機械を提供する。【解決手段】軸心線CL周りに所定方向に回転する回転構造体4と、回転構造体4の外周側に隙間Gdを空けて径方向Rに対向する静止構造体10との間の前記隙間Gdから、作動流体のリーク流SLの流れを抑制する、シール構造であって、静止構造体10には、回転構造体4を収容するキャビティ12が備えられると共に、このキャビティ12の内周面13には、軸心線CL側に向かって延在するシールフィン6が設けられると共に、リーク流SLの流れ方向に沿って複数の静止側凹所14が設けられ、前記流れ方向で最上流側の第1静止側凹所14Aよりも、前記流れ方向で第1静止側凹所14Aの直下流側に配置された第2静止側凹所14Bのほうが、深さ寸法を小さく設定さる。【選択図】図2
