Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a tie-in part of a building in base-isolation retrofitting.SOLUTION: A construction method is composed of a process of supporting a beam by a timbering in a rooftop floor of a disassembling range after disassembling of a beam and a floor and construction of a new construction from a lower layer floor in the disassembling range by constructing a temporary jack and a new foundation for a base-isolation device on a base by constructing the base for the base-isolation device in the disassembling range on the adjacent non-base-isolation building side in a base-isolation expected building, a process of disassembling the beam of the rooftop floor by disassembling means by leaving a floor slab of the rooftop floor in the disassembling range, a process of executing bar arrangement for a new construction column downward from a part of a part of becoming a new construction beam by executing bar arrangement of a new construction beam by executing bar arrangement of a reinforcement in a place of a disassembled beam under a floor of the rooftop floor, a process of placing concrete in a form by respectively installing the form of the beam and the column after bar arrangement for the new construction beam and bar arrangement for the column and a process of disassembling the outermost side column in a disassembling expected range after constructing a new construction beam and column by the placed concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】免震レトロフィットにおける建物の取り合い部分の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】免震化予定の建物における、隣接した非免震化の建物側の解体範囲において、免震装置用の底盤を構築し,底盤の上に免震装置用の仮ジャッキと新基礎を構築し、解体範囲において下層階から梁と床の解体および新設の施工後に、解体範囲の屋上階における梁を支保工で支持させる工程と、解体範囲における屋上階の床スラブを残して屋上階の梁を解体手段で解体する工程と、屋上階の床下に、解体した梁の箇所に鉄筋の配筋を行い、新設の梁用の配筋を行うと共に新設の梁となる部分の一部から下に向けて新設の柱用の配筋を行う工程と、新設の梁用の配筋と、柱用との配筋後に、梁と柱との型枠をそれぞれ設置して、型枠内にコンクリートを打設する工程と、打設したコンクリートによって新設の梁及び柱が構築された後、解体予定範囲における最外側の柱を解体する工程とでなる。【選択図】図1
