Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide membrane that is used for an engine, a gas turbine or the like of an aircraft and keeps excellent structural stability even when exposed to a temperature of 1,000°C or higher and an atmosphere of different oxygen potentials between one side and the other side, and to provide a laminate having the membrane.SOLUTION: A membrane is made of at least one oxide selected from alumina, mullite, LnSiO, LnSiO(Ln is Yb, Lu, Y, or Gd), HfSiO, and ZrSiO. The oxide has an inclination grain boundary of an inclination θ(=θ+θ) of 0<θ<180 (degree). A laminate includes a membrane having an appearance part 11 where atomic arrangement planes of two crystals forming the inclination appears on one face of the membrane, a base containing an inorganic material, and a coating layer attached to the surface of the base. The coating layer is made of the membrane. The atomic arrangement planes of two crystals forming the inclination of the oxide having the inclination grain boundary contained in the coating layer appear on the surface of the coating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】航空機のエンジン、ガスタービン等用いられ、1000℃以上の温度、且つ、1面側と他面側との間で酸素ポテンシャル差のある雰囲気下に曝されても構造安定性に優れる酸化物の膜及びそれを備える積層物の提供。【解決手段】アルミナ、ムライト、Ln2SiO5、Ln2Si2O7(Lnは、いずれも、Yb、Lu、Y又はGd)、HfSiO4、ZrSiO4から選ばれた少なくとも1種からなる酸化物の膜であって、酸化物の傾角θ(=θ1+θ2)が、0<θ<180(度)の傾角粒界を有しており、前記傾角を形成する2つの結晶の原子配列面が、膜の1面側に表出する表出部11を備える膜、及び、無機材料を含む基部と、前記基部の表面に接合されている被覆層とを備え、前記被覆層は、前記の膜からなり、前記被覆層に含まれる傾角粒界を有する酸化物の傾角を形成する2つの結晶の原子配列面が被覆層の表面に表出している積層物。【選択図】図1 |
