Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of magnetite emulsified water for manufacturing magnetite emulsified water simply, and a removal device and a removal method of heavy metals for removing heavy metals from water to process effectively.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a storage vessel 15 for storing a mixed layer 13 of multiple iron grains 11 and water 12, and forming a magnetite layer 14 on the surface of the iron grain 11; stirring means 16 for contacting the iron grains 11 mutually by stirring the mixed layer 13 in the storage vessel 15, peeling the magnetite layer 14 from the iron grain 11 as magnetite particles 17, and making a part of the iron grain 11 that the magnetite layer 14 is peeled a formable region of the magnetite layer 14; and a takeoff part 19 for taking out magnetite emulsified water 18 that the magnetite particle 17 floats in water 12 from the storage tank 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡素にマグネタイト懸濁水を製造するマグネタイト懸濁水の製造装置及びその製造方法、並びに、処理対象水から重金属類を効率的に取り除く重金属類の除去装置及びその除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の鉄粒状物11及び水12の混合層13を蓄え、鉄粒状物11の表面にマグネタイト層14を形成させる貯留槽15と、貯留槽15内で混合層13を攪拌して鉄粒状物11を相互に接触させ、マグネタイト層14をマグネタイト粒子17として鉄粒状物11から剥離させると共に、鉄粒状物11のマグネタイト層14が剥離した部分をマグネタイト層14の形成可能領域にする攪拌手段16と、マグネタイト粒子17が水12中に浮遊したマグネタイト懸濁水18を貯留槽15から取り出す取出部19とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
