Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency at the remanufacturing of an ink cartridge.SOLUTION: A remanufacturing method of an ink cartridge collects an ink cartridge 1 from a printer, takes out an ink container 10 by disassembling an external packaging body 20 of the collected ink cartridge 1, removes a communication tag from an engagement part attached to the taken-out ink container 10, and performs a step of supplying a prescribed amount of ink by engaging a supply part 201 of an ink supply device 200 with a supply port of the ink container 10. After the ink supply step, the remanufacturing method attaches a communication tag for replacement newly storing cartridge information showing the specifications of the ink cartridge 1 to be remanufactured to a prescribed spot of the engagement part, assembles the new external packaging body 20 when the communication tag for replacement is attached to the engagement part, inserts and stores the ink container 10 to the assembled external packaging body 20 and then attaches and fixes a label to remanufacture the ink cartridge 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】インクカートリッジを再生産時における生産効率を向上させること。【解決手段】印刷装置からインクカートリッジ1を回収し、回収したインクカートリッジ1の外装体20を分解してインク容器10を取り出す。次に、取り出したインク容器10に取り付けられた係合部から通信タグを除去し、インク補給装置200の供給部201とインク容器10の供給口部とを嵌合させてインクを所定量補給する工程を行う。インクの補給工程が終了すると、係合部の所定箇所に再生産されるインクカートリッジ1の仕様を示すカートリッジ情報を新たに記憶した交換用の通信タグを貼着する。そして、交換用の通信タグを係合部に貼着すると、新たな外装体20を組み立て、この組み立てた外装体20にインク容器10を挿入して収容した後、ラベルを貼り付け固定してインクカートリッジ1を再生産する。【選択図】図11
