PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite which has excellent adhesion with various materials even when the various materials are joined to the composite, which can be easily produced, and which includes a metal plate and a stainless steel plate of which one surface is finished by mirror-polishing.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the composite including: a coated metal plate including a metal plate and an organic resin layer formed on a surface of the metal plate; a stainless steel plate of which one surface is finished by mirror-polishing and the other surface is provided with an organic resin layer; and a hot melt film.
